Good morning!
Glad to be alive today? That is, unless you are a zombie or a ghost.
I considered having a Snickers bar or Butterfinger for breakfast, but instead decided on a bowl of yogurt topped with hot cinnamon apple, banana, crumbled Apple Streusel teacake from the bakery, sunflower butter and sprinkles.
This teacake is like a soft real food muffin topped with a crunchy streusel. I won’t tell you how much of the teacake topping is now gone
It was eaten alive.
Pumpkin Spice tea with orangey-yellow foam!
Happy Halloween!

So festive you are!! I love it!! Happy Halloween!
Happy Halloween!! This looks absolutely incredible. I went the same type of route – oatmeal as a base though with pumpkin and apples in the mix…and OF COURSE Halloween sprinkles to top it off
Enjoy the day!
Happy Halloween. Tis the holiday that leaves dietitians torn between conventional Halloween candy giving and nutrition dilemma! hahaha
Happy Halloween! Nice festive breakfast
I did pumpkin oats topped with pumpkin butter, eaten with a backdrop of 15 inches of snow on the deck…such a weird Halloween!
Yum! What a festive breakfast! Happy Halloween!
Adorable breakfast! Happy Halloween!
Happy Halloween! I love that your breakfast is so festive!
I love the addition of the fall-themed sprinkles to your breakfast. Sprinkles make everything more fun to eat.

Have a good one!
Very festive-looking eats there Kath! Have a Happy Halloween!
I, too, started my day with a cup of hot pumpkin spiced tea. So good. Mine didn’t have foam. At the moment I don’t use milk in my tea.
Yummm… Cinnamon apple… Happy Halloween, Kath (and all)!
Have a spooky day.
I think your Halloween breakfast was a much better choice than a few candy bars! Way better for you.
I sweetened up my bowl of Kellogg’s FiberPlus cereal too this am in honor of Halloween – a dash of cinnamon and a few banana slices. Yum!
Happy Halloween. I am cold, and your cozy looking tea is making me want some. I think I will go brew up some Apple Cider Tea to be festive since I don’t have any pumpkin spice!
Oh Love the festive sprinkles! Happy Halloween!
Love the sprinkles. Cute.
I love your Halloween sprinkles
Happy Halloween!!
I almost forgot it was halloween today, maybe that’s because I’m eating the same breakfast for the past 2 weeks…without alterations! lol. Have a great one!
Oatmeal topped with a crumbled Snickers bar…now that would be genius!
Looks delicious, as always. Happy Halloween, Kath!
I’m breaking out the pumpkin spice tea today, too! Happy Halloween!!
Cute, festive breakfast! I had melty chocolate in my oats today to celebrate the holiday mmmm.
Alright, all this foam business has gotten to me- I need to go get my own “foamer” now too. Did you say you got it at Ikea for like, $2? There’s no Ikea very close to me… I wonder if I could find one online.
Happy Halloween!!
Yes, IKEA for $2!
That is one Halloween worthy way to start the day! Happy Halloween!
And Happy Halloween to you also. I can’t believe October is already over. Didn’t it just start, like, yesterday???
Happy Halloween. The pumpkin spice tea looks delicious!
Haha that looks like a little healthier than a snickers bar – breakfast of champions!
Happy Halloween!
What a festive breakfast! Sprinkles make everything at least 10x more fun to eat, and Halloween is definitely the perfect excuse to pile them on. Happy Halloween–enjoy the candy!
Happy Halloween! We have Snickers bars here (and a mess of other good Halloween candy.) I’ll save you some!
Happy (belated) Birthday!!!
I was MIA from the USA, so that’s my late excuse
Happy Halloween Kath!
Love the skull!
That breakfast looks amazing – and so Halloweeny!
I love all of your linens!! You get so festive, I love it.
Happy Halloween!
Happy Halloween!
I love that little skull. Where did you get it?
Michael’s
The skull looks kinda creepy!
Totally addicted to the streusel topping which is why I don’t put it on the schedule at our store that often! Super yummy…
That’s a very Halloween-y looking breakfast and looks tasty, too. Happy Halloween!
Love your festive breakfast! I opted for a dark chocolate pb cup melted onto my oats for a Halloween treat, candy craving totally satisfied now. Candy for breakfast is what Halloween is about right
Have a fun day!
Wowiee, what a purty and festive breakfast you had!
haha, loved the intro. Yes, I’m thankful for this day, wahoo!! Have a beautiful day~
So colorful and festive. They say we eat with our eyes first and having all those colors makes food look appetizing.
I wonder what your costume will be this year. I dressed up as cave woman this weekend.
Happy Halloween! Your breakfast looks delicious, and also very festive!

Fun breakfast! we are having a similiar “eaten alive” theme at our house with dark chocolate, walnut, flax-pumpkin muffins…they just disappear!
now did you -really- consider a snickers for bfast or were you just being playful for Halloween?
PS i just had a snickers for dessert!
