Productive morning ending shortly with an early lunch! What did I do differently today that caused me to get so hungry so early? I forgot the nut (seed) butter!! I swear that tablespoon makes such a difference in satiety! I could have gone another 45 minutes or so, but I have errands to run this afternoon and wanted to get lunch over with so I could get out of the house!
I made a fantastic open-faced sandwich on a thick slice of Dakota bread -
Topped with a layer of Whole Foods Lemon Hummus, 3 slices of sharp white cheddar and sliced avocado.
So thick I had to eat it with a knife and fork – which was actually quite nice!
Los chips (pronounced “los cheeeeps”) on the side!

hummus, cheese, and avocado is my favorite go-to sandwich! I eat one every day!
I definitely always notice when I forgo the nut butter in breakfast. 11:30 rumbling tummy is the sign to let me know!
