Quick n easy breakfast today so I can get going down to the bakery.
Yogurt + cereal bowl with banana, PB and jelly.
Promise there was yogurt underneath 
These eggnog frothed teas tasted as good as the London Fog I get at Bread & Cocoa in San Francisco!

It’s 7:41AM and I’ve already had 3 servings of fresh fruit. Good start! Gotta find some veggies for lunch.
I guess I should point out that I’ve been up since 4AM.
Good point…. I have been up since 3:00 am but I haven’t had any fruit yet, maybe I should get up and get me some!
I wish it were Friday today, because I have to work at the mall’s food court from 5-11pm. I am not looking forward to it because I will be on my aching feet all that time!
I think I saw a smidgen of yogurt in your bowl today Kath, I had to put my glasses on
spam comes and goes for me…I installed a few filters about 6 mos ago that seem to be working pretty well but every now and then someone emails me and tells me they were trapped in spam. The bad part is that I have it set up to auto-delete/automatic empty itself so I dont have to manually empty 500 spam a day and unfortunately there are a few good ones that get thru. If you find something that is working amazingly for you, I’m all ears!

I’d be interested to know what spam filter you’re using and whether you end up liking it. I had a massive amount of spam comments the other week. Who actually still thinks that tactic works?!

A very festive breakfast indeed. Where has the week gone? I am sitting at my computer blinded by the sun…my run today was springlike…Christmas is just days away isn’t it? My boys look forward to skating on my brother’s back yard outdoor rink over the christmas holiday break…unless they are getting colder weather…the boys may be disappointed this year.
