I do have about a tbsp of nut butter a day and like olive oil and nuts, but I&#039;m not sure I eat that much cheese? Counting fat for 3 days is a lot more time consuming than it sounds. You could probably do an pretty good estimate based on my blog photos if you want a number.

I love when you post your food lab pics or basically anything about school/becoming an RD because I&#039;m going to start going to school for the same thing and have been waiting forever to start and still won&#039;t be taking anything dealing with nutrition for a while- so it&#039;s great to get a preview of what I have to come- it keeps me excited and looking forward to it!</description>
