It’s been so long since I’ve photographed my breakfast – oatmeal – on the porch. I feel like I’m reading an old post of mine!
To be honest, I woke up craving cold cereal and milk – just like the beach! But The thought of nut butter melted on oats was tempting as well, so I gave it a whirl for variety’s sake. Now I remember why I love it : )
Whipped banana oatmeal with Cville Cluster and almond butter on top. We luckily brought home a half gallon of milk from the beach and half a banana that almost got tossed – but I swiped it and am glad I did!
Hot tea – it’s not warm enough outside for cold smoothies and iced coffee for breakfast yet!
This weekend is going to be busy – we have TWO anniversaries to celebrate: 1 year of Great Harvest and 5 years of marriage!

Ahh can’t believe GH is a year old!!! Gosh that was fast. I remember opening day like it was yesterday.

Congrats on both of your anniversaries! I wish Great Harvest had been there when I was in school there! I always missed it being away from Nashville. There may have been one grocery store that carried it, I forget. But nothing beats the Great Harvest store samples. I’m hopefully driving through there in a couple months and will try to stop by!

That’s so funny because I woke up craving yogurt and the ONE thing that made me do hot oats was the thought of melted sunflower seed butter in them!
I resisted adding the Cville Cluster because I want it to last as long as possible, but now I wish I had!

LOL you craved cold cereal, but after many days of admiring your oatmal, I went to sleep with a desire to have hot oatmeal with PB in the morning!! And it tasted so good!!
