Good morning! I am happy to be feeling good this morning after a ton of good sleep last night.
I kicked off Sunday with a bowl of rockin acid washed oats! [Just discovered this effect in Windows Live Photo Gallery]
The real version:
- 1/3 cup oats, milk, water, 1/2 banana, pinch salt, splash vanilla
- 1 tbsp dried raspberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup Daisy cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp wheatberries (YAY!)
- Some crumbled ProBar, original
- Spoonful Costco PB

Today’s agenda is actually pretty wide open!! I have a handful of things to do, but I also have most of this week open to do them, so I can spread out the time. For exercise we’re thinking a combo of walking, sports and yard work. I’d like to do yoga too, but I’m not sure if I have the patience. Ironically.
