Hey, Kath! I read your blog everyday and, at one point, you had a balsamic dressing that I love! It had lime juice, bals., rosemary, mustard, EVOO, etc….I believe it was listed in a Q&A section that I no longer can find! Could you forward that, “…my fave, homemade salad dressing…” recipe, when you get a sec? I have a problem in neglecting to write these things down!!! Thanks!!! -Kristi
4. Do you have a favorite salad dressing?
I really don’t like any bottled salad dressings, so my favorite “dressing” is Williams-Sonoma Aged Balsamic Vinegar with a drizzle of honey. Just pour both right over your greens. Simple and delicious! When I have more time, I make a rosemary vinaigrette with equal parts: olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, lime juice, rosemary plus double the amount of balsamic vinegar. Add some garlic if you like.
