wow, wow, wow. You two are just absolutely great! Thanks for blogging Kath!
Awww thanks, Tina
Thanks so much for the video! I've never made or even had sweet potato fries before, but yesterday I picked up 2 sweet potatoes at the market with fries in mind. Now I know exactly how to make them. Thanks again.
Love your blog! By the way – I also ordered the 3 books on your reading list…can't wait for Barnes & Noble to deliver them.
Another great video! Thanks for including "the husband." I'll be making these soon!
lol! you guys are just too cute. thanks for the blogging!
I just discovered the video section. . .
Hours of entertainment! Haha.
I’m going to make these today.
Thanks for the video. I have always wanted to make these. It looks so simple!
It’s official… I’m IN LOVE with these! I never liked sweet potatoes when I was younger, but since adopting a healthier lifestyle for the past year or so I’ve been trying new veggies… this was my first sweet potato in a LONG time and it was AMAZING! I can’t wait to try sweet potatoes in other ways now too! Thanks for the great recipe!
Wow, I need sharper knives
.
Great video. Cutting raw sweet potatoes is always a struggle for me, so maybe it’s the knives. I enjoyed the use of the word nubbins!! Haha.
Great video! I can’t believe the sweet potato was that many more calories than Calorie King said. Gotta love those fries mmm –with lots and lots of ketchup
I love sweet potato fries. I wish more places offered them! They are sooo delicious. I love them with ketchup or mayo! And your videos are great! I love them.

I grew up eating a lot of sweet potato, but to this day have never had them prepared as fries. At a restaurant on Toronto recently I saw sweet potato fries served with battered fish (fish and chips) and was almost tempted to give it a try. Have you ever tried green plantain fries?
happy cooking
chris…
This is so cute! I love these videos! Can’t wait to try this recipe – I’ve always wanted to!
