Happy 27th Birthday to Caitlin!!

and

Happy 28.5th Birthday to ME!!!

Yep. Today is my half birthday! Wheeee! 26 is the best number.

In honor, I ran 4 miles and walked .26 to celebrate. It was hot. Thank goodness I made myself take my Camelbak. Couldn’t have done it without water.

Lunch was particularly great today

Fried egg on spinach feta toast. You know, as much as I think I like runny eggs, I was very glad this was not runny. So much easier to eat when it was 90% cooked through!

Carrots + apples

And salad with cranberries and walnuts

Lime bubbles!

Love that cloth — so perfect with the limewater :) I have a thing about numbers too — only mine are 21 and 37. That’s the time unit I use for everything! (Microwaving something? = 1 minute and 37 seconds, etc.) Does this make me OCD, or just bizarre? Ha ;)

I love this. I can be that way, too! I set my alarm clock for *the* most bizarre times. 6:13 AM? You betcha!

I love the idea that you celebrate a 1/2 birthday…like we did as kids. That half a year made a big difference. Love all your food combinations. I’ve been eating more eggs at dinner with lots of veggies due to your pics which shows what a good combo it is….delicious!

I am definitely a runny yolk fan, because then you can use the yolk like a condiment or dressing for your salad etc :)

Good luck with all of your work! :)

I asked the cashier if she ate a lot of bread, she gave me the biggest smile. I was instantly jealous. Then she proceeded to let me know that after every shift they’re allowed to take a loaf home! My jealousy skyrocketed! I think I need a “will work for bread” t-shirt!
